This front bedroom has a lovely kauri washstand with hot/cold water over the basin, and has a private bathroom just steps across the hall with both claw footed bath and separate shower.
This bedroom opens-out onto the front verandah with double French doors and has the use of the conservatory.
It also has an extra single bed which can be used for a third person or as a twin.

A very large queen bedroom with extra single bed and ensuite bathroom with shower only. The guest room features a Kauri timber wash stand reminiscent of an era where important guests had a washbasin in their bedroom.
This room features kauri ceilings and polished wooden floors with original ceiling rose.
It has a garden view, and is on the quiet-side of the house.

A delightful queen bedroom with beautiful bay window and great sea aspect, opening-out on to the front verandah with double French doors.
The ensuite bathroom has both a claw-foot bath and separate king size shower. The bedroom also has a washstand in the room.

Queen bedroom with ensuite. This is the original Nursery of the homestead, with a little doorway connecting the maids room, now used as the ensuite bathroom.
A smaller room, ideally suited to single travelers, but also accommodates a couple very neatly.
Features kauri ceilings and polished wooden floors.
This room has a window box in the window.
